To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

Mailerlite. This website is hosted on Mailerlite and I share information with Mailerlite as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under the Mailerlite Terms of Use.
Delivery companies. I will share your personal information with trusted delivery companies, but only to the extent necessary for said delivery companies to deliver your item or to make a claim with them, should an item be damaged or go missing in transit.
I do share your information with trusted third parties, such as Google, my analytics provider, and Stripe, my payment processing provider, who assist me in operating the Website, conducting my business and servicing clients and visitors. These and any other trusted third parties with whom I share your information agree to keep this information confidential. Your personal information will never be shared with unrelated third parties.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law. Please note, however, that any purchasing party is prohibited from using the personal information submitted to us under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy without your prior consent.

DATA RETENTION

I must retain your personal information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I keep most of your data for the following time period: 4 years.

I am required to keep personal information regarding any purchase for up to 8 years to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
